All the vessel are equipped given pressure relief valves and rupture, discs
All the vessels, receivers , tanks are provided with dip pipes to prevent Generation of Static charge.
Auto temperature controllers are provided on each distillation system stopping inflow of thermic oil into system on achieving set temperature preventing unwanted rise in temperature.
Other safety measures such as Copper Jumpers for Flanges, Flame Arrestors on vents & Nitrogen Anitisation are also taken.

2280 LPM @75 meter head fire hydrant facility with mechanical foam spray
100,000 Ltr. underground water storage tank dedicated for fire fighting with slab load bearing capacity of 16 ton's.
10000 Ltr . overhead water tank kept at 100 feet height equipped with booster pump for firefighting purpose.
We have sufficient no. of Fire extinguishers of different types such as ABC , DCP , MECHANICAL FOAM , CO2 , etc

All electrical equipments are flameproof
Separate earth pits for plant , electrical panel , DG set , tanks , tankers loading , unloading and drum filling
All the cable goes through cable trays
